Return Policy

At Kinnaris, we want you to love every item you receive. But if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help you every step of the way — including with returns and exchanges.


Return Window

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have up to 14 days from the date you receive all items in your order to submit a return request.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

  • Any costs incurred during return shipping, including customs duties or handling fees, are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If the product is faulty or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Accessories (except belts and bags)

  • Bodysuits, lingerie, swimsuits

  • Tights and socks

  • Items marked as Final Clearance

  • Products purchased at 20% off or more (final sale)

  • Orders paid fully with store credit

Matching sets must be returned as a whole — partial returns or exchanges of set items will not be accepted.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be included

  • We do not accept items returned without prior authorization


How to Make a Return

  1. Submit a request: Contact us through our website's contact form. Include your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and a brief explanation.

    • If there's a product issue, attach clear photos of the problem and a photo of the item tag (including any QC labels).

  2. Wait for approval: Once your return is approved, we’ll send return instructions including the return address.

  3. Send it back: Ship the item(s) to the provided return address. Once we receive the returned items, we’ll inspect and process the refund within 3–5 business days.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 3–5 business days after your returned package arrives at our warehouse for us to process your refund.

  • If you paid by credit/debit card, the refund may take an additional few days depending on your bank.


What is Not Considered a Quality Issue

The following are not considered defects:

  • Minor loose threads, raw edges, or fabric variations

  • Slight color differences due to monitor settings

  • Issues arising from improper use, washing, or maintenance

  • Damage caused by alterations or repairs done by the customer

  • Returns due to change of mind, style, or color preferences

  • Sizing issues due to personal misjudgment (please refer to our sizing chart)

  • Slight fit differences between items of the same size due to design differences


Important Notes

  • Do not send items back to the sender's address shown on the shipping label.

  • Items returned without first contacting us and receiving return authorization will not be accepted or refunded.
